No! Your first Wash N' Fold bag is always on us. Our bags are heavy duty and very durable making them reusable. If you you need to book multiple bags for one pick up then you will need to purchase a laundry bag for each of the additional bag. 

Our standard turnaround time is 48 - 72 hours from the time that your laundry is picked up. If you select "RUSH" at the time of booking you will have your items returned within 24 hours of your pick up. Oftentimes our turnaround times tend to be much quicker because we're just that good! 

After you have successfully completed your booking, we will follow up with you via email to confirm your booking. During this time, you will be able to let us know what your preferred detergent is. 

Let us handle all the work! Your booking consists of pick-up, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and drop off. We want your experience with us to be as simple and easy as possible. 

During your first booking, your pick up person will always have a bag present for you to fill at the time of arrival. If you would like to save time, you can fill a 30-gallon trash bag for each large bag booked or a 13-gallon trash bag for each small bag booked and we will return your laundry to you in a Wash N' Fold Laundry bag. 

Of course! We know that laundry is personal and skin sensitivities are real! When confirming your booking, just let us know that you will be supplying your own detergent, fabric softener, etc.
